There are a number of strengths for CBN tinctures but finding the right dose is easy. What we’ve found is that each consumer is different and may need a different dose depending on their body weight, metabolism and endocannabinoid system.
CBN Recommended Dose by Effect
Here are some places to start depending on what you are looking for relief from:
- To reduce stress & anxiety: We recommend 10mg or one full dropped of the 300mg tincture. Taking this once or multiple times throughout the day helps most people find an overall state of calm and relaxation.
- For better sleep: 20-30mg, or one full dropper of the 600mg tincture is the starting dose range for sleep, taken 30 minutes before bedtime.
- For aches & pains: 30-40mg of the 900mg tincture is where most people start dosage for pain & discomfort relief.
How to Use CBN For the First Time
The low and slow approach is best for those new to CBN.
Try 10-20mg to start, and dose up as needed for your desired effect. Take note of how you feel, and adjust accordingly. Take your time finding the dose that works best for you and your body!
